Re: [ST] gas gauge accuracy



Eoin,

Your mileage figures sure dont sound good. I had a VFR
like that. All my buddies would get close to or even
over 200 miles on a tank before the low fuel indicator
went on. I would get 140, didnt matter if I was
droning on the freeway in top gear or rowing the gear
box in the twisties. Never did figure out why. My RS
gets 170 or somtimes a bit more more to the light. It
does vary a bit depending on how I drive it. It has 1
tooth smaller on the front sprocket, and the OEM race
can. Wish I could be of more help...
