Hey Kevin,

You need to spend some time motoring in another
country to full realize how bad it is here. Here in
the US, and particularly here in Ohio, the police have
an extremely...., well, constipated, for lack of a
better word, attitude towards velocity of any kind. 
And then there is the whole revenue thing....I am a
bit jealous too...
