yeah i used local hardware for the bolts, but i couldn't find the spacers on the exhaust there to protect you from overtightening. i would also pick up the high temp loctite to keep them from popping out again.

dont use the manufacturer, unless unique for them.  for the folks in GB use 
Yellow pages and find the nearest nut and bolt stockist, or even tool 
merchants.
old fashioned hardware stores here are getting rare.
