I know of at least one guy who converted a Daytona to a Speed triple. 
Of course he's the owner of a Triumph dealership so that made getting the 
necessary parts a lot easier for him.  The neat thing is that as far as I 
know it's the only SB3 with a dual sided swing arm since it was converted 
from one of the rare Daytonas that came that way (in '03 IIRC).
