I don't claim to be an expert, but I believe that the wiring diagrams 
for the '00 will be the same as the '01, and the '03 will be different.  
The only changes I'm aware of in the 1999-2001 range deal with colors 
(some other changes between 99-00 too, I think).  The changes made in 
2002 probably affect the wiring enough that I wouldn't want to try using 
the wrong manual.
