Steve I'm afraid that we've developed a society here that is greedy
beyond description.  I spent a fortnight in a Nairobi slum 18 months ago
and people there who have nothing, are often far nicer to know than many
of ours.

PS. Footage of the guy retrieving a brand new BMW showed him admitting
to completing the necessary wrecking forms so he may well have to give
it back unless some insurance company writes it off.
