Re: [ST] Rear Wheel



And briefly retouching the tire thread (briefly!), now that I relocated my service manual, I see I got over 12k miles out of the rear AV46.  All that whining was misplaced, someone smack me.  Only about 100 Miles on the Conti so far, turns in quicker is all i've  learned to date.

Thanks George.  I am really hoping I don't need to take the exhaust off -
mines in the normal position BTW.  My lift has the little trap-door thingy
so I have plenty of room underneath the bike to get the wheel out of the
way.   We'll see.

I've got an '02 with the hard bags which lowers the silencer.  The first
time I pulled my rear tire off, I tried to leave the can in place and wound
up scratching the rim.  Now when I want to pull the tire, I remove the
silencer first.  YMMV, HTH!!
