Joel set me up with one of those giant o-rings and it is the king!
However, I simply wasn't able to get myself in a position where my back
didn't hurt.  The only lower-pain day was Saturday and that was because
I was hanging off the seat half the day.  My arms are too stubby for
this bike, dammit!

Jeremy,

I put Genmars on my ST last year and have no plans to take them off!  I
have a Sargent seat so I can't compare ergos with yours but they make a
big difference for me.  You may also want to consider a Throttle Meister
or something similar so you can stretch/relax your right arm for those
long runs.
