Happened to me.  Once with the stock pads and once with EBC, caught it 
before it ground into the rotor the second time.  Didn't think I used 
them much either.  Currently running Dunlo pads and have a set of 
Galfers standing by  when they go away.  Maybe the rear has a tendency 
to drag??? 

Getting ready to hook up my 'Busa brakes on the front.  Direct bolt on 
to the mounts, unfortunately the lines that were on them were a little 
short.
