[ST] Trip advice

Somebody on ebay was selling a wrench for the single sided arm nut cut from
plate, designed to be loosened or torqued with a hammer. Hex cut into one
end and a stub extension at the other. Haven't seen it lately. It wouldn't
require an extension (hammers and rocks are everywhere) and it was flat.
