I would definitely say install the brackets if you have them. They seem
to be designed to spread the forces the weight bring to the subframe out a
bit. The backmost bracket that goes under and behind things is a real
PITA to get in though. And definitely do the upside down bolts in the
Mods section, that helps a ton with speedy removal and re-installation
when you want to do such.
I think I have the docs here somewhere and can scan them if needed. They
weren't a ton of help, but do provide a clue to help tell which bracket
goes where.
