[ST] Heated grip question...

Hey folks,

I am in the market for a set of heated grips. Looking
for advice in general, and specific product knowledge
on the Kimpex units ( Aerostitch) in particular. These
will be for my 85 Shadow 1100, which does not have the
strongest charging system in the world. Looking for
something that will provide warmth without breaking
the bank monetarily or in terms of amperage. I would
like to be able to run grips and a vest. Ease of
installation is also a must. This bike is at my Mom's
in Arizona, so I do not have all the tools of my Bat
Cave at my disposal, just the basic sockets, wrenches,
etc...

Any input appreciated....
