Thanks for all the info. I will let it go thru the warm up cool down cycles.
But it could be what Steve said. I did try to jump start it (w/ the engine off)
earlier this year. I probably should have mentioned that. I had thought the
battery was dead when I tried to start it, but it was something on the
equivalent of trying to turn your computer on when it is unplugged.
I forgot to pull in the clutch. I guess at the time I was to excited about getting
to the frozen snot ride. Now that was really dumb of me. I guess a winter
without riding gets you absent minded.
Well thanks all I am sure it is not a major problem.
