[ST] Flash

I use the flash to pass when passing and when I'm approaching a car wanting
to turn or enter the road in front of me.
I don't flash it as that could send a false signal that they think I want
them to proceed.
I just hold it in to brighten the front end for better visibility and
release it after I pass them.
That and cover the brake on the other side just in case.
