[ST] Relays

Title is Sprint ST Relays, but text says Sprint RS Relays.
On RS there are no relays in the fairing.
Sprint RS Relays are under RHS panel, one should be missing.  Insert correct 
relay from your friendly triumph dealer et voila, both headlamps work, on a 
2000 model that is.
