Re: [St] what to do?

Matt,

I put a pr of GenMar risers on my 06 Sprint STand found they raised my hand position just enough (~1 in) to make all day rides possible (the last "long" ride I went on was a 12 hr round trip from Ottawa, ON to mid-state New York on the last and chilly Sep weekend).

Below is their website and although I did not see any product specifically listed for a Daytona, I suggest you go to the bottom of their page for the email address and ask if they have anything that works on your Daytona.

The nice part about GenMar is that they sell (only) a riser package which raises your exists bars so it costs (at least) half of what a new set of bars is worth.
I had it recommended to me by my local Canadian dealer in fact!

Cheers,

Brian

Anybody make bar risers for the Daytona? That and a new seat would go
a long way towards making it a more comfy ride.

I find my Sprint and the KLR are a great duo though. I know one bike
can never do it all, but these two together can cover a lot of
ground. I'd probably sell the Daytona and go back to a Sprint. Find a
used Sprint and trade one depreciated bike for another.
