There are 5 or 6 nuts that you take off and the rear sprocket will be in 
your hands.  Take the front sprocket off first, then the chain, then the 
rear sprocket.

I like the 18t front as it takes away that clutch slippage at startup that 
the 19 makes you do.  It also isn't a buzzy while touring, which is most of 
my riding, as the 17t.
