Hey all,
I just read an interesting report on motorcycle accidents/fatalities from the
people who study such things. Their main point seems to show Supersport bikes
and younger riders as a dangerous combination. It is even more so than the
view that the boomers on Hogs are all running off the road.
One thing that I found interesting was the claim that only about 50% of
riders across the nation wear helmets. Is this possible or true? I'm a full gear
kind of guy and the thought of arriving at the scene of the accident unclad is
too ugly to think about.
Any comments?
