John,
   If it is a 99-2004, I think it connects to the right side/bottom of 
the air box. Look for a nipple on the bottom of the air box. It just 
senses current atmospheric pressure so it does not
have to be connected to anything. I think they use a hose on it to the 
air box so it gets filtered air to it.
