Yes, it is in the shop manual and requires some somewhat specialized
equipment to do. It's the same procedure as synching a set of carbs.
But, since your vibration occurs with the clutch in and out, it's not likely
your problem.
Others have mentioned the chain and out of round or out of alignment rear
sprocket. I'd go there next, and double check your wheel bearings by
checking for excessive play in the wheels.
