I have the V46 on my 05 ST with Sw Motech metal work.

Do this and you will never look back.

Yepper, did this from the get-go when I had a '99 and carried it forward
with me 
to the '03.  I use the E360 when I want a smaller top (these are usually on
The 
Boss's viffer as sidebags) and have an E460 and a V46 (best looking IMHO) 
topcases too.

Still looking for a rack for the Hawk!
