Thanks much for sharing. One quick question, apart from the oil changes
how much of the factory specified maintenance did you do? Specifically
I'm curious how religious you were about valve adjustments and some of
the pricier bits of maint. that Triumph specs.
And 98K seems like a darn fine life to me for something that experiences
the kind of stress a motorcycle motor does. And like you said, it hadn't
really reached the point of failure, but it was clearly on its way down
the path.
