The 44T Hard anodized Rear Renthall part number for 05ST is 389-530-44HA

The 45T Hard anodized Rear Renthall part number for 01RS is 409-530-45HA

Both available from B&C express in the uk if all else fails.

Like i said before, i always use these sprockets on my bikes along with a 
DID O-ring chain and get at least 30K miles per set.
