OBDII is the plug interface. The most important here for pre 2002 is that they
adjust the CO rate. Not needed from 2002 on. Putting the last tune is not really 
a priority unless you have trouble w/ your current one (that is you would buy a bike 
w/ trouble which wouldn't be very wise though).

I would say that valve clearance is important at 12k (or a little less) because it's
the first one.
