Not a bolt, but a small axle w/ a tiny hole and a clip in it. The clip probably went away.
Can't you see this assemply in the user manual by any chance?
A small rode  or the head of a big stainless steel nail cut the right size
w/ a hole dremeled in it could make it. You can find a clip in a hardware store.
