Ah, one more for change at the office. Althought, I throw a pair of alternative footwear in my panniers to change into when I get to the office. 
 
I agree that riding boots are too hot to wear at the office all day. Not to mention the funk they develop...

Chris, do what i do and leave a good pair of shoes at the office.
I wear my normal boots in and change when I get to my desk, repeat at
closing time.
