I am betting the rear is higher, but with all 3 bags on it, it does not 
look out of place.  I remember the top box on the '99 looking out of 
place to me when it was on the bike without the panniers as well.  We'll 
put a top box on one the bikes this weekend, take a picture of it with 
and without a rider on the bike and from the rear.  Someone else will 
have to provide the '99 pictures.  After Arkansas, I am sure plenty of 
comparison photos will be posted ;-).

BTW, our reservation request is already in at the hotel and my calendar 
is marked ;-).
