Re: [St] Running Hot?

I have a new '08 Speed Triple that appears to run hot. In normal  riding, the 
temperature quage shows 6 bars @ 70 degrees F. The  manual says 3-6 bars is 
normal. As soon as I stop or slow to a low forward  speed, the temperature 
quickly climbs to 7-8 bars and the  fan kicks in. The fan runs continuously and 
will run for a period even  after the bike is again moving at a good speed. I 
had a '01 Sprint and an  '01 Speed Triple that never did this. Is this typical 
for the 1050 engine  or is something wrong?
