I have had heated grips on 3 Triumphs now, as had my husband, and while we haven't tried them out thoroughly on my new ST as it's summer here in Texas, the heated grips on the '99 STs and the '03 Tigers provided even heating. . . . .

Before I go and escalate the issue, can I ask, has anyone had a similar
issue? Know of a fix? Is it a fault with my particular unit or is this a
design 'feature'.
