I would say any dot4. In addition as it's sealed, there's only a little chance to get
moisture in it. It lust be very clear as it gets dark when it gets water.

I would say a good well known brand, of the correct spec, that hasnt been
sitting on the shelf to long.
You can choose colours these as well.
I like it in green. But theres absolutely no evidence that it makes you go
faster.
