 +1 for GIVI boxes with SW Motech brackets. I've been using this combination on my 05ST for about 50k kms and I am very happy with it.

If you have factory panniers, a GIVI top box with SW Motech brackets will bolt straight on.

not alloy. The saddle seems also different. The dauville is the ntv w/ a fairing and 
panniers included into the fairing. The cc are now 700 and it's injected. 
Regarding the rack, it depends strongly on the monting points?
