[St] Dallas eating

I will be going to Dallas on the 15th and 16th for the Motorcycle show at the convention center (unfortunately not on the ST).
Can anyone recommend a good restaurant for one evening? Something with great food and maybe historic or just unique. Cost is not a factor 'cause it's just a one-time deal.
