Re: [St] Happy Thanksgiving

Ohhhh, Italian, and they are soooooo good. Forget about the Turkey, Thanksgiving for me is about the Rice Balls. We make them every year for Thanksgiving, I'll show up at my cousins several hours early to help make them. Picture a ball of rice, with some grated cheese mixed in to help it bind, about the size of a small orange. At the core is a spoon full of meat from a spaghetti meat sauce. Dip the whole thing in egg and then bread crumbs and fry till golden brown.
