[St] Speedo pickup on RS/ST and Headlamp low beam question

Funny that now reading the rest of the digest I remember that when I had
my alternator problem and got stuck for the second time, I suppressed
the two additional relays to divide the consumption by two and was able to get home
after charging the battery (one of the phase winding was burnt).
