Righto Eric, Just a straight answer, any answer or help at times sure
would have eased my blood pressure. Right up to the part about the tune
not loading for the new pipe. This is where some help for my dealer
would have fixed me up. Demonstrated customer service has to happen
with triumph. They are the new kid on the block and like it or not
with that territory comes some put up or shut up type situations. Honda
harley and bmw are all known quantities. for many of us the triumph is a
first. Sure it is a great machine and I love it. The product is in the
garage but not the whole product. With my purchase there was 13,000.00
votes of confidence or trust. I get pretty twisted when I don't get what
I pay for.

The other point is, I trully want to see triumph succeed in the U.S. I
am willing to push some buttons. This will hopefully help them when the
falcon is introduced. Apply some lessons learned and glide over past
mistakes. I fully expect to ride this machine for a long time. I just
want triumph to be around for a long time. Best Regards, Steve.
