I vote for Arkansas!  It really has some of the best roads available; wide, 
well paved, usually deserted, well marked signage, with tremendous mountains 
and curves!  The Ouachita National Forest and Mountain Range is beautiful. 
Acomadations are very reasonable as well.  Hot Springs is a great area to 
base a ride out of as is Mena.
