tool kit, tire repair and the occasional dead cat ;-) ..........

I keep under my seat:

- -a "Get out of Jail Free" card
- -Jar of Beano
- -toe nail clipper
- -Viagra
- -tire pressure gage
- -stangard issue tool kit
- -day goggles
- -night goggles
- -inflatable sheep
- -dirty magazine
- -Rolodex containing numbers for my lawyer and bail bondsman
- -toilet paper
- -cabbage
- -hip flask
- -needles
- -owners manual
- -proof of insurance
- -air compressor
- -a globe with lat. & long. lines for navigation when I get lost
- -GPS
- -large rubber bands to hold the fairing "wings" together so mirrors don't vibrate
- -spare rear tire
- -inflatable swimming pool
- -spare radiator
- -spare fuel gage sender
- -spare right lower fairing
- -spare speedometer drive
- -spare valve shims
- -Radar gun to fend off tailgaters
- -my personal booger collection...by the way, has anyone found a good spot on the bike to wipe a booger off while riding?

But really, an emergency tire plug kit, and a bicycle tire pump (they make these things small enough now) would be a good idea. They even have little CO2 inflating devices for bicycles that may be more convenient for the dreaded tire flat in the middle of nowhere! I have found even more room to put stuff under the taillight after "cleaning up" the wire mess back there with nylon "zip strips".
