Sink (sp) the throttle bodies / dyno runs.

Is it necessary to sink (sync?) the throttle bodies on the Sprint, like
sync-ing (sinking) the carbs on a carbureted bike?
Also, has anyone put their bike on a dyno before and after the performance
tune and pipe? I am curious as to what the actual increases will be in both
torque and horsepower.
