warranty parts for bikes being serviced can be had via next day delivery.

This is a delay on your dealer's part. There is a minimum order, but only 
to avoid an additional handling / shipping charge. I have ordered many 
parts that do not meet the minimum and had them within a week when I 
expressed the urgency to my dealer. Also, when I find a part is not in 
stock or I need it quick I will send an email to Jack Lilleys. Their in 
stock position seems to rival ToA's at many times and I can get a part 
within a week from him.
