I am very sorry to hear about the accident.  I would have been pissed off pretty badly at the sound of the bike running while on its side.  Underneath there is a oil supply and return line running to the oil cooler, and the oil filter (the filter is faily well protected, but the supply and return line to the cooler does not have any protection other than the lower fairing).   I hate to be grim, but the engine is probably toast....at least would require a rebuild.  It would be neat if these engines were have a low oil pressure cutout, that would kill the engine at a time like this (no oil pressure), but I don't ever see it happening because it invites lawsuits.  The Draggin Jeans...good idea.  I have a pair.  My problem is that they are too tight...but the waist is fine...actually loose... but I can barely put anything (other than a gas card) in the pockets, making me think I hava a big ass.  I wear regular jeans fine?  If ordering, I would ask for a relaxed fit, or go up on the size.  I wish you well to a speedy recovery, and hopefully the ST will be OK.
