Yep. I had a print-out of your directions next to me as I did it. Only a
few diffs. I used the stock license plate mount. I bolted it to where the
reflector was (made the holes fit with a drill). I also used the Dremel
cutting tool that looks like a drill bit. Cut through the fender like a hot
knife through butter...
