All measurements are inches.
The width is 21 at the front, 16 at the back. (left to right)
Length is 12 (front to back)
Depth is 12.5 (top to bottom)

As it was pointed out to me by several on this list, you can just stuff two
full face helmets into it if you place them just right. It also holds a
laptop, and my portfolio binder just makes it. It also came in very handy
for doing Christmas shopping. (What parking problems?)
