This restriction is similar to Sweden, where the dealers are
duty-bound to tag something onto the engine (apparently) to stop
them going above a certain speed in top gear. I only found this
out on my Trophy after buying it in Denmark from Britain via
Sweden (confused yet?). Unfortunately, it never came off, but
I'm selling it now anyway. I never did find out how they did it.
