Around 1985 (old memories coming back) I was living in Adelaide,
Australia.I rode an 1100 Honda back then and was a mad Mono pulling traffic
light drag person. I used to meet the same bikes on the way to work on a
regular basis and although we never actually stopped to meet each other we
used to have a ball racing through peak hour, lane splitting, 4 way drags
at the lights etc. Anyway one day I was behind a worked Kawasaki 1000 with
two bikes in the other lane all racing for the lights when a guy in a car
about three back from the front flung his door open infront of the bike
infront of me...we both locked brakes and I was trying to miss his rear and
the cars either side at the same time!!!!!    The Kwaka hit his door just
hard enough to wrench it back the wrong way off its hinges, and I stopped
about a car back from him {1100 had much better brakes than his Kwaka :)}
anyway the guy in the car turns and undoes his seatbelt to get out of the
car and as he does the guy on the Kwaka leans against the car on the other
side of him and side kicked the guy fair in the face when he turned round
to get out, he then wheeled his bike back, calmly puts it on the stand,
wrenches the guys car door back around gets back on his bike and hoons off
through the lights. As I rode past I looked into the car pissing myself and
theres a middle aged well dressed guy cupping his hands catching the blood
from his face...I guess he never opened his door in a fit of road rage again!!
