Supposedly 5-6hp at the top end according to Triumph, but I've yet to
see
anything to back those figures up.

The standard pipe has a tune that is very restrictive on the low rpm
end in
order to meet emission and noise requirements. As the Triumph
performance
can is for "track use only" the tune that is supplied with it allows a
much
	better performance at lower rpms.

It definitely seem to have more low-end power, lifts the front much
easier
than it used to but then maybe I was a wimp before the race exhaust ...

As the top-end, i've never really tried to go full throttle
before the high-perf exhaust but with it, I've managed
to hit 234k with the 2 bag setup on and still some juice left but not
much.
(240 indicated, but adjusting with the "Please slow down" roadside
radar in a slower part of that road where I was going 90k indicated and
showed
me at 88k, and that's on 2 different radars, no sorry couldn't test the
speed
trap there as it's a 50k road at that point with a very tight S corners)
Don't know when I'll test without the bags 'cause I never take them off
:).
So I think there's also a slight increase in HP as I've felt the ST push
hard
at lower speeds without the pipe.

But this is not backed up by any numbers, just a general impression.
I could be just a placebo effect :)
new pipe -> louder sound -> more torque/power. Here Mr Patient, have
another sugar pill, that'll be $300 ;)

bye
