Q1 The factory is allegedly working on a replacement for the dodgy fuel gauge 
"They're all like that"
q2 My mirrors don't shake
Q3The panniers are OK-no restriction of ground clearance, increase in width 
or need to move muffler.
Q4 What you see is what you get-no reserve petcock. However, with 50 mpg fuel 
consumption, 5.5 (US) gallons, and a bum and bladder like mine, you don't 
need to worry. (the trip odometer works fine)
