2nd gear

I've got almost 2400 miles on my sprint and It's been popping out of 2nd gear 
when
I shift up going thru the gears. It's happens when I take first gear to 9 
grand and shift
up to 2nd, around 7 grand it sometimes pops into neutral. This really bothers 
me, I 
know I'm getting into 2nd I can feel it engage the gears, but once under 
power it 
jumps into neutral. For a 12,000 dollar bike it should not be doing this, it 
really takes
the fun out of riding. I hope it goes away in the next couple of miles, or 
I'm thinking
about giving it back to my dealer. Has anybody else had this problem?
