RE: Alarms

I considered the Veto , but decided to get Scorpio alarm. It took me
1 hour to install, virtually idiot friendly. I got the proximity
sensor that warns people when they get too close. The range is
adjustable.
In addition I got the pager feature, it lets me know when and what
kind of alarm has been activated (proximity vs movement). It works
and it was still cheaper than the veto

**I apologize if this topic has been covered before but does anybody
have
**experience with the bike alarms, especially the Triumph Veto alarm?
It is
**quite an expensive option here in the Great White North - $700 Cdn
or
**approximately $460 US, plus taxes and installation. My dealer
**tells me there
**is one advantage, the ST is prewired for the Veto alarm.
