RE: Performance Exhaust

Further to my last post, I've just had a chat to the guys at Staintune.
They've had an ST pipe "on the drawing board" for ages. Current status is
that due to a huge increase in orders for their existing products from the
States, all R&D work has been shelved so they are no closer to having a
setup for the ST.

The "should have something to tell you in 3 weeks" that I've been told
several times since early March continues. Damn longest 3 weeks I've
every seen ;-)

The Australian distributor for Remus just gave me the same story also.
They've "been working" on an ST setup since March as well. Nothing new on
the 3rd party front it appears. I hope M4 have a distributor in Australia
as it sounds that they are the only aftermarket maker that's done the ST.

Bambi - hanging out for a sweet little high-rise carbon setup.

M4 has been swamped also selling Jap pipes like crazy. I am aquainted with
one of the techs at M4 through my roadracing so I was able to beg and plead
to get Dyno time and develop the pipe. I guess it's a good time to be a pipe
manufacturer. I'll get the pricing when I get the pipe so we'll see how they
compare ot the rest of the market and the Triumph pipe.
