I think your above statement applies to most good painters - they've spent
way too much time in the paint booths...... 

as for the paint - you can buy the exact colour from Standox (or one of
their suppliers) - they supply the colours to Triumph, so the colour would
be the same.

If you have damage to an area with a decal, I would just replace the whole
part.
